The residence, which contains Suite Oriani, is in Art-Nouveau style; it was built in 1929 by Furino Architect, a man of a singular artistic sensitivity. He was prone to the complex and innovative stylistic European "Art Nouveau" movement; so he decided to surround the building with a cordon of frescoes representing winged horses, visible in part up to now. To its realization the architect decided to involve the Art Deco decorator Duilio Cambellotti, who boasts some effigies among his most important works on the "Altare della Patria" in Piazza Venezia and the large windows in the Casina delle Civette in Villa Torlonia in Rome.

The rooms are furnished with '800 and '900 antiques - pictures, furniture, carpets, precious tapestries and appliqué, which melt harmoniously with the building architecture.
