Garbatella is a very quiet and green district of Rome. Here you will find a choice of the best typical Roman restaurants, trattorie and pizzerie. It's position is perfect to visit Rome's city centre, which can be reached by underground and several buses. The Coloseum is at 3 stops and Termini central station at 5 stops of underground. Piazza Venezia and Trastevere can be easily reached by bus in about 15 minutes. Also the connection with EUR and the beach of Ostia are very convenient from here. Fiumicino International airport is at 30 minutes of train (Ostiense station). |
