 The B&B is located in a small building in the residential area of Rome, in the prestigious neighbourhoodof Balduina, near S. Pietro. There are 4 bus lines (913-999-907-991) available only 20 metres from the building and will connect you with the undreground station "Cipro" after 5 stops,as well as the city centre through places like S. Peter's Square, Musei Vaticani, Piazza del Popolo, Piazza di Spagna, via Del Corso, via Condotti etc.
The 4 bright rooms and dinning area are located on the 4th floor (attic) wich can be reached by an elevator.
Our room's luxury fittings include individual heating and air conditioning, minibar, TV. Breakfast is served in a very sunny dining room (unless you prefer it in your room), facing a green balcony.
