Montechiari, an old manor House now restored maintening the typical tuscan style, is located in the heart of Tuscany countryisde and in the middle between Florence (25 KM) and Siena (35 KM). Here, at any time of the year you can enjoy all the conveniences of a town without giving up the tranquillity of a country home.

Only 500 metres from the famous Main Square of Greve, 200 metres from the bus stop from/to Florence, 200 metres from the public swimming pool, tennis and football court and at 200 metres from the Tourist Office. At 2 minutes? walk you may rent bikes and motorbikes (50, 125, 250 cc.) for exploring the neighborhood.

The 2 bedrooms for our guests are spacious and well furnished in the typical tuscan style with ?warm? colors. The rooms can be interconnecting and accomodate a total of 5/6 people (one with armchair which unfolds into a third bed and the other one adding another bed). They have TV (only italian channels), desk and guardrobe in ?arte povera? style, chairs or armchairs, fridge, kettle, private bathroom with shower; one room with central heating and the second completely indipendent.
