Le Fonti di Santa Lucia is a beautiful farmhouse that stands amid olive groves and vineyards just outside the hamlet of "Santa Lucia". Immersed in complete silence and in a unique panoramic position, it offers a marvellous view on the towers of the nearby city of San Gimignano and the countryside that stretches from the Chianti to the hills around Florence. It is a typical Tuscan farmhouse and has been completely refurbished with vintage materials and antique furniture. The big apartment has five double bedrooms with bathroom and can comfortably host ten people.

The big garden with a small pond and the large swimming-pool (6x14m, open from the end of April to mid-October) make it the ideal venue for a relaxing stay and an unforgettable holiday. The house is entirely furnished with antique furniture in the typical style of Tuscan farmhouses. The ceilings on the ground floor, with exposed wooden beams, and the cotto floors will offer you the pleasant sensation of country life.

The 190 square metre house has 5 rooms, and has been designed and furnished to host up to 10 people. Access to the ground floor is gained through a portico with garden furniture where you can enjoy the afternoon shade. The entrance opens onto a large living-room with armchairs, satellite TV, fireplace, double sofa-bed and toilet.

The dining-room features a masonry kitchen with hub with 5 burners, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine. On the same floor there is also a double bedroom with bathroom and shower.

A spiral staircase leads to the living-room on the upper floor, where there are 4 bedrooms with double bed one bedroom with twin beds.

The largest bedroom has a small cooking outfit inserted in the cupboard (2 burners). In the bathroom, there is a shower box with hydromassage nozzles.

The bedroom opens onto a large terrace where it is possible to dine while enjoying a breathtaking view on San Gimignano.
