The B&B “Le Pavoncelle – only for two”, is 40 Km from Cagliari airport and its port, which is connected by suburban buses. It’s situated in a beautiful stretch of coast, a few kilometers from the scenic beauty of Chia (with its sand dunes), of Cape Spartivento, of Cape Malfatano and Cape Teulada. Of extreme interest are also the islands of San Pietro (Carloforte) and Sant’Antioco and the mining Park of the Iglesiente (Iglesias and Carbonia), with intact mines converted to tourist visits.

On the opposite side, close to the beach of Pula, there are the very interesting Phoenicians and Roman ruins of the ancient city of Nora. Not so far, the city of Cagliari, full of artistic and architectural testimonies from the pre-Romanesque age since today.

In the areas within the coast, a dense forest where are stored forms of animals and plants unique in the area. The location where the B&B is situated, is particularly rich in handicraft shops, restaurants, pizzerias, shops specialized in selling local food and wine, stables for horseback riding, evening and night meeting-places. In the surroundings, there are several riding schools also organizing wonderful excursions through the nature. Many in the area also the sailing schools and the diving centers. It’s also possible to practice golf; at 9 kilometers from the B&B, there is the famous field of Is Molas, one of the largest in Europe.

There are lot of restaurants, especially in the town of Pula. Present all types of premises, from taverns to elegant and sophisticated features. Available, menu of typical Sardinian food and fresh fish from the sea of Sardinia.

The B&B is a non-smoking place and occupies an entire portion of a family house with surrounding garden, 150 meters from the beach, which is accessed directly from the internal condominium road. It consists of a room, king size bed, part of a private garden, hallway/cloakroom, corridor and private bathroom. It’s equipped with air condition, wireless internet signal, satellite TV, mini bar, hairdryer, shower.

It’s a place created for 2 people and extra beds are not available. The décor is traditional and functional. During the weekdays, it’s provided the service of the remaking of the bed and every third day of stay, the changing of bed linen and bath.

Externally the structure of the B&B, during daylight hours, you can access the living room of the house to read books, magazines, newspapers present there or listen to the available music. On returning from the beach, it’s possible to take a shower with accomodation in the garden accessible throughout the day. The entrance of the B&B is independent and nearby there is a wide area designated for unattended parking. Breakfast is served under the porch, in the family area used for the meals.

The spoken languages are English and French. The B&B is open from June to September included.
