| The B&B Cadrot is run by Ratti's family. You will find a cosy and informal atmosphere, a good place where to spend a wonderful holiday. Our b&b is situated in one of the most well-known areas of the Monferrato/Langa Astigiana. Vinchio seems to spring from the vineyards that surround it and produce, thanks to the active life of its inhabitants, great wines such as Barbera Superiore, Moscato d'Asti, Chardonnay, Cortese, and Grignolino. Vinchio is also well-known for the ''King of truffles'', the White Truffle (or Tuber Magnatum), the ''cardo gobbo'' (''bent'' thistle, because of its particular shape), and many other typical products.
