Cortina d'Ampezzo is the most charming
ski resort in Italy, near the
north-eastern border with Austria. The
village, boasting a thousand-year old
remarkable historical background, has
nearly 7,000 inhabitants. It attracts
visitors from all over the world for its
lively international atmosphere, its
fashionable shops, and excellent
restaurants. Cortina is also known as
the "Regina delle Dolomiti" - Queen of
the Dolomites - since it is in the heart
of the wonderful Dolomites. It is
surrounded by forests and wide ski
slopes, below the towering craggy red
rock mountains. It offers something for
everyone and most keen skiers will be
willing to visit it.

| In 1992, after an entirely renovation, the Hotel Bellevue re-opens; a four star hotel standing in the middle of Cortina d'Ampezzo, the ''Queen of the Dolomites'', few minutes from the two main gondolas and just in front of the ski bus stop. ''Quality Hotel Region Veneto'' prize conferred every year since 1999. 20 traditional double rooms, all set on the ground floor and 44 suites, each with 1, 2 or 3 rooms, minimum 2 bathrooms (1 shower - 1 bath-tub), large living room with sofa beds and kitchenette (arranged on request), set on the 4 upper floors of the hotel, all with balcony to enjoy the magnificent panorama.

| In Cortina d'Ampezzo, Dolomites, Hotel villa Argentina (3 stars) is a house of great tradition, for its high-quality services. At the dawn of 1900 it was just a small inn, to host the first tourists travelling along the Road of the Dolomites that had just been built. In the 1920s it was transformed into a pension and this marked the beginning of the hotel activities. The hotel has always been run by the same family, who have put all their enthusiasm and commitment to satisfy the guests of this enchanting site in the best possible way.
